*WEB PAGE DEVELOPMENT – We have pre-built the template for your basic landing page, just provide us your materials, photos and color schemes and we will populate the webpage for you, or for an additional fee we can develop a new page that will be customized for your school or organization in the specific layout you need. We have web designers on staff that can build to your specifications. Call us for a quote if you need a customized site.

*ORDER CAPTURE – Our shopping cart links directly from your landing page to capture the order, as well as all the information pertaining to your customer. From the convenience of their home or office, your customer will be able to place an order quickly and efficiently. Our secure servers captures your customer’s information upon completion of the first order and stores this information in the secure data base for future orders.

*CREDIT CARD PROCESSING – We provide “real time” authorization while your customer is in the check out process. With the addition of the Secure Module, the order information will be stored in a file for later retrieval by a secure web connection. This protects the merchant from having the customer's credit card information intercepted in the administrative email receipt. The processing link, will allow real-time charging of the customer's credit card. These modules never store or send the customer's credit card information via email. The customer's credit card information can be later viewed securely on the payment gateway's server. We offer Visa and MasterCard. American Express and Electronic Check are available for an additional fee.

*SHOPPING CARTS –Our Shopping Cart program allows visitors to shop your on-line site and collect items in a virtual shopping cart over multiple product web pages without losing the items ordered. Our cart keeps track of what the shopper has ordered with a SID (Shopper I.D).  Shoppers may view the contents of their shopping cart at any time and may add or delete items as needed. The program automatically calculates the subtotal, sales tax, applicable shipping charges, if any, and grand total. When a visitor decides to checkout, the order information, including the buyer's name, address and billing instructions are emailed to our order department.

*EMAIL ORDER CONFIRMATIONS - Confirmation emails are one of the most important touch points for keeping customers apprised of the status of their transactions and for enhancing your reputation for great customer service. Immediately upon check out, an order confirmation is sent to the email address that was entered during the check out process.  This will confirm the order and alert your customer to any special information that might be needed. This will also act as the order confirmation for your customer’s records.

*CUSTOMIZED REPORTING - We can provide a variety of reports that will confirm order capture and history information. Reports can be segmented by product, size, and color or by customer information.   Additional reporting options are available based on your individual groups needs. Special coding is inserted at the beginning of each promotion to insure back end reporting is to your specifications.

*WAREHOUSING:    We can receive and store your product in our climate controlled warehouse. Just have your distributor ship it directly to us.  We will cross reference your merchandise to your bulk order report for confirmation before final distribution to your group. Once contents are confirmed against packing list and reporting information,   you can either pick it up from our facility or have it sent via ground service to your final destination point.  No more worrying about your product and its delivery.

*FULFILLMENT TO INDIVIDUALS:  For an additional fee (paid for by your customer) we can ship directly from our warehouse to your customer’s door. This will eliminate the need for coordinating pick up times at functions or driving around delivering product.

*ORDER PLACEMENT TO DISTRIBUTORS:  We can handle the tedious job of compiling spreadsheets and placing orders to your distributor for you. Our customized reporting can tally each SKU and prepare reports that can be submitted directly to your distributor either by hard copy or electronically. Funds from credit card transactions can take up to 3 days to complete the clearing process.  After that time a check could be cut or funds electronically submitted to your distributor.

*FUNDS DISBURSEMENT:  At the end of each promotion, funds will be calculated and a report and check will be submitted for all the proceeds collected on behalf of your promotion. The final payment to your group can be made either via check or electronically transferred to the bank account of record.

*EASY LINKING TO OTHER WEBSITES:  Our programming staff can easily build web links to other websites should the need arise.  You can provide us the contact information or we can work directly with your source.
